The Property Consortium was established in 2008 to provide investment opportunities for private investors.

Investment for clients.

• We have a constant stream of properties available in the ‘Buy to Let’ market.
• These are made available to us from a number of different sources: landlords, Banks and other lending institutions, professional ‘finders’, building companies and Receivers.
• Some of them are new-builds, some are repossessions and some are landlords wishing to sell.
• The ones that we have available are heavily discounted: this is either Below Market Value or Below List Price.
• Usually, the only outlay will be the Consortium fee + solicitor’s and mortgage costs (unless you are a cash buyer).

An Opportunity to become an Agent.

• We offer to Mortgage Brokers and other Professionals, the opportunity to join our Consortium as Broker Agents.
• Agents sell the properties on behalf of the Consortium and receive a commission for each sale. Gateway Home Loans arranges the mortgages and insurances.
• Broker Agents sell the investment properties on behalf of the Consortium, arrange the mortgages and insurances for their clients and receive a commission for each sale.
